The manufacturing process of each piece is meticulous and artisanal. Plaster or gypsum casting molds are used, into which liquid stoneware is poured. Once the paste dries, the pieces are removed from the mold, polished one by one with a sponge, left to dry, and then glazed by immersing them in the glaze. Finally, they are fired in a high-temperature kiln.
