Handmade red clay pot partially slip-coated in white and glazed in gray. Includes a clay saucer to collect water, ideal for functional and sustainable decoration.
Each planter features a unique finish, born from chance and artisanal technique.
The piece is created by layering white slip, transparent glaze, and the raw clay in an intentional yet random process. This method results in vertical, abstract patterns and colors that emerge from the interplay between the clay, slip, and glaze. The final glaze provides a glossy, durable finish that both protects the piece and highlights its contemporary aesthetic.
Casa Atlântica makes them in an artisanal and eco-friendly way in local workshops. Each pot is unique and has its own distinctive look.
