Description
Glazed clay bowls with white slip. Set of 4.
The cunca is a traditional Galician bowl in ceramic or earthenware, used to serve broths, soups or wine.
Set of four glazed red clay bowls of our own design, inspired by the traditional cunca. Raised white slip motifs on the outside, in three patterns to choose from.
The white slip is trailed onto the raw piece and the design stands in relief, you can feel it with your fingers. Drawn by hand, it has a handmade feel. The glaze goes on afterwards, brings out the red of the clay and gives the shine.
The three patterns share body and colour, so sets can be mixed on the same table.

DIMENSIONS 11.5 x 11.5 x 6 cm each bowl.
