Tixolo

The 'castañeira' is a traditional ceramic piece used for roasting chestnuts. It is made of refractory clay to be placed directly over embers or fire.

This collection consists of identical replicas of traditional Galician pieces that were once very popular and have now disappeared. We are reissuing them because we find them wonderful and believe they can now serve different purposes than they did in the past.
